小型化结构健康监测实时信号分析模块

摘要
结构健康监测是智能材料与结构研究领域的一个重要研究方向 ,而小波分析被认为是提取材料结构损伤特征的重要方法。针对复合材料结构主动监测系统设计了基于 DSP技术的小波分析模块 ,从而使得小波分析实时性加强 ,实现了系统小型化。在此重点讨论的是小波分析 MAL L AT算法。小波分析模块实现了以 TI公司生产的 DSP系列中的 TMS32 0 VC5 4 0 2为核心芯片 ,采用采样速率为 4 0 0 k的 AD786 5 ,辅助 CPL D,成功实现了对复合材料引出的传感信号的数据采集 ,并进行实时小波处理的功能。在将来的工作中 ,通过比较复合材料损伤信号和无损伤信号的细节信号的差异 ,提取同损伤相联系的特征 ,所有的工作都可采用 DSP技术进行系统集成。
Structural health monitoring system is an important research direction in the hot areas of smart material and structure and wavelet analysis method is demonstrated to be a promising method to extract the features of structural damage.A wavelet analysis module based on DSP implementation was developed for active composite health monitoring system to make the wavelet analysis system much more small and portable.The implementation of MALLAT algorithm with DSP system for wavelet analysis was discussed in detail.The DSP system is composed of TMS320VC5402 chip,AD 7865 with 400k sample rating and CPLD chip.The monitored structural signal can be sampled and sent directly into the DSP system,then the decomposed signals are shown on the screen. In the future work through comparing the detail signals from damage specimen with the signal from healthy specimen,the damage signature can be extracted.All that work can be integrated in DSP system.
