3个海洋板块运动加速导致全球地震活动增强

摘要
地震是造成人员伤亡和财产损失最多的自然灾害之一.2010年的地震活动引起了人们的普遍关注,很多人在问,全球地震活动增强了吗?地震活动与板块运动有关吗?研究表明,自1994年以来,全球地震活动与以前的18年相比明显增强,特别是自2001年以来的10年中全球地震活动水平有较大增强.自1997以来,3个海洋板块(太平洋、澳大利亚和印度板块)的旋转角速度分别增加了2.4%、2.1%和41.7%,印度板块和澳大利亚西部北向运动的速率平均增加了3.38 mm/a.全球孕育强震的能量主要来自全球板块运动的动能.3个海洋板块运动前方的边界带是全球最大的强震带,它们持续4年的加速运动,在其运动前方的边界带上积累了巨大的动能,这必然导致全球地震活动自2001年以来显著增强.板块运动的观测结果表明,太平洋、澳大利亚和印度板块的运动并不是线性的,他们的运动速率是变化的,当他们的运动速率加快以后,全球地震活动的水平必然增强;反之,全球地震活动的水平必然减弱.
The earthquake is one of the natural disasters creating most casualties.The earthquake action of 2010 year has been attended by people.Does global earthquake action enhance? Does earthquake action relate to plate motion? The research indicates that global seismicity enhanced notably since 1994 than 18 years before.Especially,global seismicity has more enhancement in 10 years since 2001.The 2010 is still the climax period of global seismicity.The rotation angle rates-Ωat 2000.0 of three ocean plates of Pacific,Australia and Indian plates increased respectively the 2.4%,2.1%and 41.7%relative toΩat 1997.0.The northward rates at 2000.0 of the India plate and western part of the Australia plate increased 3.38mm/year on the average relative to at 1997.0.Ωof the plates are close relative to global strong earthquake activity,the energy producing global strong earthquake comes mainlly from the kinetic energy of the plates with global maximumΩ.The margin zones of the motion front of three ocean plates are global largest strong eathquake zones.The motion acceleration of three ocean plates leads to necessarily global earthquake action enhancement.Time of global seismicity major enhancement lagged about four years relative to the time acceleranting motion of three ocean plates.TheΩ's change of three ocean plates and the variation of northward motion rates of the Indian plate and western part of the Australia plate indicate that the motion rates of three ocean plates are non-linear and variable.After the motion velocities of three ocean plates accelerate,global earthquake action enhances necessarily,conversely global earthquake action weakens necessarily.
