摘要

本文以全新的视角对建筑工程全过程安全管理提出了自己的见解和主张,即建筑设计、建筑招投标、建筑施工和建筑使用四个阶段的安全管理。意在建筑工程安全管理既要重视对施工作业人的安全管理,又要重视建筑物本身的安全管理,同时对全面质量管理PDCA循环方法运用建筑安全管理作了阐述介绍。
The paper illustrates with a new visual angle security management of the whole process of architectural project including four parts:architectural design,engineering bidding,construction and architectural using. Architectural project's security management consists of both managements of construction worker and construction. Meanwhile,the paper also discusses PDCA circulation with the whole quality in the security management of architectural project.
