摘要

目的:探讨综合性医院急诊科应对地震等突发大型灾害事件的策略。方法:总结分析绵阳市中心医院急诊科应对5.12地震灾害的实践。结果:由于及时启动应急预案,充分整合和利用资源,顺利完成对地震灾害伤员的急救治疗工作。结论:迅速启动应急预案,积极协调院内、社会、政府的力量是应对地震等突发大型灾害事件的有力措施。
Objective:To approach the strategy of department of emergency to deal with wounded soldiers in great disaster.Methods:The date of wounded soldiers within first week after earthquake disaster in department of emergency of Central Hospital of Mianyang was been analyzed.Results:The task of emergency treatment to wounded soldiers in wenchuan earthquake was been progressed successfully by switch on the project of stringency.Conclusion:It was important to ensure wounded soldiers been remedied in Makro-disaster by switch on the project of stringency and coordinate with hospital and government.
