摘要
为满足日益复杂的勘探需要,中油监理公司探索和总结的"三步曲"管理法被油田广泛采纳,在保证处理质量和处理周期中发挥了重要作用。由于多年习惯于"试验一步走一步"的做法,推广起来又往往在工作沟通方面遇到很多困难,要在规定周期内保证质量和避免生产上大的返工,尤其要避免"夹生饭"式的处理结果,聘用现场监督为试验处理把关更为重要。
In order to meet the requirements of increasingly complicated exploration,the Supervision Company of CNPC has explored and summarized the management method named "San Bu Qu",which has been widely used and has played an important part in guaranteeing processing quality and periods.It is difficult to popularize this method in the working communication because of being used to take a step forward after a step of test.Therefore,it is very important to employ on-the-site supervisors to control the test process if the purpose is to guarantee the quality in the regulated periods and avoid being remade,especially the immaturate processing result.
