摘要

从地基与基础、外部干扰、楼房内部的振动源、材料以及结构不合理等方面就多高层楼房非地震因素引起晃动的现象、原因进行了分析,提出了相应的处理措施,并列举了一些具体案例予以证明,从而避免了由于非地震因素引起楼房晃动现象的发生。
It analyses the phenomenon and reasons of the wobble of building non-seismic factors deduced from foundation and basis,external disturbance, the internal shake fountainhead of the building,the unreasonable factors of material and structure,puts forward the corresponding management steps,and lists some specific cases to illustrate,to avoid the generation of the phenomenon of the housing wobble of the non-seismic factors deduced.
