自适应最佳去噪小波基的构造及其应用

摘要
针对给定的带噪信号,在传统小波阈值去噪的基础上结合多分辨分析理论,给出了使其Stein无偏风险估计子最小的最佳去噪小波基的自适应构造方法,再利用该小波基对原始信号做小波阈值去噪处理而得到一种自适应去噪算法,并将此算法应用到地震信号这类典型的非平稳信号的去噪处理中.仿真实验表明,较传统的小波阈值去噪方法,该算法不仅具有较好的去噪效果,而且简便易行.
Based on the theory of wavelet thresholding denoising and multiresolutions,the construction method of adaptive orthonormal wavelet basis with vanishing moments and compact support which minimizes the Stein sure estimator was given,then the adaptive denoising algorithm by using the adaptive basis was proposed.At last the adaptive denoising algorithm was used in the denoising of seismic signals.The experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms those traditional methods and is easy to achieve.
