“5.12”震后汶川县威州镇空气质量与居民健康影响分析

摘要
目的了解大地震后空气和环境的破坏与居民的工作、生活和健康的影响。方法现场调查与监测,历史资料回顾。结果震后1月大气可吸入颗粒物(PM10)日均浓度值均超过国家《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-1996)二级标准;呼吸道疾病门诊量与震前1月及前1年同期比增加。结论地震导致植被破坏,山体松动、砂岩裸露,遇风扬尘致大气中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)超标,居民健康受其影响的风险性增加。
Objective To investigate the effect of the deterioated air quality and environment caused by earthquake on the residents work,life and health. Methods Field isurvey,surveillance and retrospective analysis on historic data were conducted. Results One month later after earthquake,the concentration of inhalable particles (PM10)in the air surpassed the second level of "National Air Quality Criteria " (GB3095-1996),outpatient service increased compared with the same period last year. Conclusion The destroyed vegetation,unsteady mountains,exposed rocks and wind resulted in the excess of inhalable particles(PM10)in the air,which incresed risk to affect the residents health.
