风力机概念设计阶段塔架结构的可靠性设计

摘要
为解决风力机设计过程中研发周期长、潜在隐患多、风险大、成本高等问题,将概念设计可靠性设计方法运用到风力机塔架设计中。在概念设计阶段,通过概算的方法建立了塔架的可靠性数学模型,对其进行了受力分析、失效模式分析,并进行了参数化优化;以风力机塔架总体积以及塔架装机成本最小化为设计目标,在风力机塔架可靠性优化设计模型上对某型号1.5 MW风力机塔架进行了评价。研究结果表明,通过采用可靠性设计优化方法,一方面可以在保证塔架强度、刚度、稳定性基本不受影响的情况下,减小风力机塔架的壁厚,从而缩减塔架的总体积,在一定程度上减少塔架的成本;另一方面,塔架成本随着塔架下端外径的增加而降低。
In order to solve the problems of a long development cycle,various potential pitfalls,bad risk and high cost,the reliability of the wind turbine tower concept design was investigated.At the conceptual design stage,probability theory calculation method was presented to get the tower's reliability mathematics model.During the stage,the tower's load was analysed and failure models were determined for parameter optimization.To minimize the wind machine tower frame's total volume and installed cost,the 1.5 MW wind turbine's tower was evaluated on the reliability-based optimization design model of the tower.The experimental results show that,taking the reliability design optimization method,on one hand,in guarantee that strength,stiffness and stability basic not affected,the thickness of the wind turbine tower is reduced,thus the total volume of the wind turbine tower is reduced,the cost of the wind turbine tower in certain scope is reduced.On the other hand,the wind turbine tower cost is reduced with the increase of tower end outer diameter.
