摘要

5·12汶川地震使都江堰这座千年古城遭遇浩劫,老城区80%以上居民房屋遭受不同程度损坏,数万户家庭面临居住困难。文章主要就都江堰政府如何组织老城区居民住房自建、开展重建规划实施情况进行分析和探讨。
The May 12th Wenchuan earthquake wreaked such a havoc that almost 80%of the buildings within the thousand-year old city of Dujiangyan were destroyed.Thousands of residents were desperately in need of home.The article offers an analysis and exploration of how the city government organized the residents of the old town in their DIY housing reconstruction and implementation of the reconstruction plan.
