立式储罐地震可靠性研究

摘要
采用数值分析方法对库区两种大型立式钢制圆柱形储罐进行地震动响应分析,基于易损性理论通过验算点法(JC)计算分析储罐在不同地震烈度下的失效概率。结果表明,随着地震烈度的增大,储罐的失效概率逐渐增大,5×104m3储罐的抗震性能要好于2×104m3储罐;对2×104m3、5×104m3储罐的易损性起主要作用的失效模式分别是抗失稳和抗提离。采用多个失效模式对储罐进行地震可靠性研究更有科学性。
The earthquake dynamic responses of two large-capacity steel cylindrical liquid storage tanks are analyzed by using numerical methods.Based on seismic fragility theory,disabled probabilities under different earthquake intensity are calculated,using JC methods.The numerical result shows that: the disabled probabilities of tank gradually increase with the increase of seismic intensity,and the aseismatic performance of 5×104m3 tank is better than 2×104m3 tank.The seismic fragility of 2×104m3 and 5×104m3 tanks is controlled by disabled modes of anti-instability and anti-uplifting.As a result,evaluating the reliability of tank from various modes is more scientific than from single mode.
