宽动态范围瞬变信号调理电路的设计

摘要
针对宽动态范围瞬变信号的测量问题,提出一种基于循环放大电路的瞬时浮点放大器,论述了循环放大与自动校零算法、浮点ADC的原理。电路可实现失调误差自动补偿、μV/V范围信号高精度放大、增益快速自适应控制以及浮点模数转换等,其全局和瞬时动态范围分别达到150 dB,90 dB,采样速率达80~130 kS/s,有效精度达25 bit,可满足地震监测及基桩动测等应用系统需要。
By analyzing to the deficiency of existing measure circuit used in wide-range dynamic instantaeous signal processing,an IFP(Instantaneous Floating-point Preamplifier)which based on a cycle amplifier was suggested.The cycle amplifying arithmetic and offset error automatic compensation arithmetic were discussed,and the principle of instantaneous floating-point ADC was introduced in detail.The circuit is offset error self-compensating,it can amplify μV wide-range dynamic signal with high precision,can achieve AGC fleetly and floating-point A/D conversion.The test result shows that the circuit have a full dynamic range of 150 dB and an instantaneous dynamic range of 90 dB,a sampling speed of 80~130 kS/s and an efficacious accuracy of 25 bit.The circuit meet the application requirements such as earthquake monitor and pile foundation dynamic measuring system.
