收治地震骨科伤员眼科病区院内感染预防控制

摘要
[目的]探讨地震伤员定点收治病区预防控制院内感染的措施。[方法]眼科5～6月期间收治的地震伤员病例,进行个案调查和相关科室人员调查。[结果]无1例工作人员和地震骨科伤员发生院内感染。[结论]通过有针对性的预防控制措施,地震伤员病区院内感染是可控可防的。
[Objective] To explore the effective measurements for protecting and controlling for hospital infection among patients due to earthquake in wards. [Methods] The patients due to earthquake in ophthalmology department from May to June, and investigation was performed for the cases and related doctors or nurses. [Results] No patients due to earthquake and medical worker had suffered from hospital infection. [Conclusion] The hospital infection among patients due could be controlled and prevented by directed prevention and control measures.
