The paper describes the implementing and application of PDA data acquisition system in pipe rolling production. The offline analyzing system,developed by the interface document given by PDA data acquisition system,provides a reliable basis and simple operation methods for the rolling process to meet the analyzing personnel's demand and lift the monitoring standard in rolling production.
