近海边际油田勘探开发中若干关键问题探讨

摘要
近海边际油田勘探开发是解决我国当前能源危机的有效途径之一。应加大资金支持力度,大力完善有关勘探开发理论和技术,发展先进的技术装备,完善后勤服务,使海上油田开采“全面开花”;近海边际油田开发还应解决好几大关键问题:发展三维地震等先进的勘探技术;开发先进的钻井平台技术,用于海上油气资源的开采,完善管道铺设技术,加强油气资源的输送;注意油气勘探开发中的环境保护和安全保障问题。
Exploration and development of offshore oilfields is an effective way to deal with energy crisis.We shall give more fund support,complete the theory and technology of exploration and development,develop advanced equipments,and improve logistics.The key points in exploration and development of offshore marginal oilfields are: to develop advanced exploration technologies like 3D seismic,drilling platform for offshore recovery,pipelaying for oil and gas transportation,and to pay attention to environment protection and security.
