摘要

通过对张北地震未能作出短临预报的反思，建议在地震危险区和重点监视区加强对全民的地震知识宣传与普及，提高全民的防震减灾意识；加强宏观监测；在恢复和重建家园工作中重视抗震设防的问题
Through self-questioniag of no-short term prediction for the Zhangbei earthquake ,we suggest to streagthen the prepagate and popularization of seismic knowlidge for the public in seismic risk area and emphasised monitoring area;rais the cons ciousness of the public in earthquake resistance and hazard reduction;enhance ma crescopical monitoring and emphasise the anti-seismic problem in homestead recov ering and rebuliding.
