摘要

本文介绍了如何利用Excel公式实现对Scorpion仪器日检质量的控制。利用公式可实现智能筛选固定干扰源、核查设备编号等。并针对日检模版中出现的超常数据、测试标准不一致等设计问题进行了论述。
This paper described how to use Excel design formula to achieve the daily QC on Scorpion for reducing the auxiliary production time and observer jobs.Concerning with some design imperfects on the daily check mould table such as appearing of abnormal data,differences between the checking norms,by the use of Excel formula the new method actualizes the functions of automatically select fixed source of noise and checking of acquisition stations number etc.
