摩擦阻尼支撑框架参数研究

摘要
基于对影响摩擦阻尼器工作效力的摩擦阻尼器支撑刚度、摩擦阻尼、初始位移3个重要参数进行研究,分析摩擦阻尼支撑结构抗震性能。提出新方法计算摩擦阻尼支撑结构中的摩擦阻尼,得到计算摩擦阻尼的简便公式。利用该公式对比研究地震力下,摩擦阻尼支撑结构与普通支撑结构动力响应间的关系,并分析3个参数影响摩擦阻尼支撑结构动态特性的规律。从图表数据得出,地震力下摩擦阻尼支撑结构动力响应随初始位移增大而增大,随摩擦阻尼支撑刚度、摩擦阻尼增大而减小。从推导公式看,摩擦阻尼可以通过在摩擦阻尼器中增大螺栓预压力、喷涂高摩擦材料、降低摩擦力衰减系数及安装多组并排摩擦装置的办法得到提高。结果表明计算摩擦阻尼新方法是一种研究摩擦阻尼支撑结构参数及动力特性的有效方法,合理确定参数可更进一步提高摩擦阻尼支撑结构的抗震能力。
The seismic behavior of friction damper braced frames(FDBF)were analyzed,based on investigations of three important parameters,brace stiffness,friction damping and initial displacement of friction dampers(FD).A new approach to calculating the friction damping in FDBF was proposed with a simple formula.Using this formula,comparative investigations of dynamical responses between FDBF and common braced frames were conducted,and the effects of the three parameters to the dynamical characteristics of FDBF analyzed.It was found that the dynamical responses of FDBF subjected to earthquakes increase with increasing initial displacement,and decrease with increasing braced stiffness and friction damping.From the deduced formula,it was found that friction damping could be enhanced by increasing bolt pre-pressure,coating with high frictional material,reducing degraded coefficient of friction and setting multiple FDs.The results show that this new method of calculating friction damping is an effective in studying the parameters and dynamical characteristics of FDBF,whose seismic behavior is further improved by use of proper parameters.
