GBF复合筋在地震地磁台建筑物中的工程应用

摘要
介绍了浙江石金玄武岩纤维有限公司研制的玄武岩纤维(GBF)复合筋材在我国7个新一代地震地磁台建筑物工程中的应用情况。工程应用表明,GBF复合筋的磁化率<5×10-7,不但具有非磁性能,还兼有很强的耐腐蚀性能;GBF复合筋的密度在1.8~2.1 g/cm3之间,是钢筋密度的25%和铜筋密度的20%;因此使用GBF复合筋,使建筑物减轻自重,同时在运输、施工和安装中也更加方便,且其应用效果和性价比都十分显著。
The GBF basalt fiber composite bar is researched and produced by ZHEJIANG GBF BASALT FIBER CO.,LTD,it is successfully applied in the building of seven seismographic stations and geomagnetic stations.The engineering applications indicate: GBF composite bar is not only nonmagnetic,but also has corrosion resistance,the magnetisability of GBF composite bar <5×10-7,the density of GBF composite bar is 1.8~2.1 g/cm3,is 25% of the density of steel bar and 20% of the copper bar.Therefore,the weight of building can be deduced,the transportation,construction and install is more convenience by using GBF composite bar,and the application effect and performance to price are very notable.
