基于ORACLE的强地震记录数据库

摘要
强震记录的收集、管理是地震工程和工程抗震的基础工作之一,据此,采用国际上先进的关系型数据库ORACLE设计建立强震记录数据库,该库能将来自国内外不同媒介上不同格式的数据自动转换,具有多个字段任意截断的检索功能,并用第4代语言(4GL)FORMS设计成友好的用户界面,该库还能和图形库GKS连接,使用户在检索到某一记录后能直接在屏幕上得到该记录的曲线.
Collection and management of strong motion records is basic work in earthquake engineering. In this paper,a strong motion records database based on RDBMS ORACLE is introdued. The databse can automatically receive different data formats from other inshtutes and has a special search function called multi - subitems truncation. The 4' th generation language (4GL) FORMS is used to make the screen more friendly. A graphical system GKS is also linked to FDRMS, so record curve can be displayed using a function key after the record is searched.
