软测量技术在预测钢坯内部温度场的应用研究

摘要
由于目前测试技术的限制,在生产过程中对钢坯内部温度的检测比较困难,为了获得钢坯内部的温度,一些研究人员尝试通过数学模型的方法实现钢坯内部温度分布的软测量模型。本文以热处理炉中钢坯温度场分布为应用背景,提出了利用机理建模的方法来实现钢坯内部温度场分布的软测量模型,并且对典型工况进行了仿真,结果表明测量精度完全符合工业应用要求。
Because of the limitation of measuring and testing technique at the present time, there is a little difficulty to detect the billet's inner temperature in the process of delivery, at the target of gaining the inner temperature of billet, some researchers realize the soft sensor model of the billet's inner temperature through mathematical model. This paper is based on the applying background of the billet's temperature in the furnace, and the essay put forward the soft sensor model of mechanism to realize the prediction of the billet's inner temperature, and I proceed the emulation to the typical work condition, the result shows the instrument's precision is good enough to satisfy the engineering demands.
