摘要
5.12汶川地震带来了一次罕见的自然危机。环境非政府组织应急而行,主动承担起抗震救灾、灾后重建的社会责任,以积极的姿态应对这场突如其来的灾难。这无疑为非政府组织参与环境风险应急和治理积累了宝贵的经验。该文试图展现地震及震后环境非政府组织救灾行动的基本形貌,并对其表现进行反思。
5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake has brought a rare natural crisis. Environmental non-governmental organizations made an action immediately, and took the initiative to take on the social responsibility of earthquake relief and reconstruction, with a positive attitude to answer this sudden catastrophe. It is no doubt that these things will facilitate the non-governmental organizations involved in emergency response and management of environmental risk to accumulate a valuable experience. This paper attempts to show the basic morphology of the relief operations of environmental non-governmental organizations in earthquake and post-earthquake, and make a reflection of their performance.
