载荷对Ti-Ni形状记忆合金丝振动响应特性的影响

摘要
针对形状记忆合金作为阻尼材料在机械、土木等工程领域中广阔的应用前景,选取 Ti 50.2%(原子分数)Ni 形状记忆合金作为研究对象。在弹簧、质量块和形状记忆合金丝组成的振动系统中,测定并分析了不同温度和弹簧刚度下,载荷对系统振动响应特性的影响规律。研究结果表明超弹性Ti 50.2%(原子分数)Ni合金具有优良的减振性能,且其减振性能的优劣与系统加载有着密切联系。
The vibration characteristics about Ti-50.2at% Ni shape memory alloy was investigated in the light of its good application in mechanical and civil engineering as the damp materials. In the vibration system making up of spring, poise, and shape memory alloy, at different temperatures and different spring stiffness, the vibration characteristics in different loading condition was measured and analyzed. The investigation showed that Ti-(50.2at%) Ni alloy has good damping capacity in state of superelasticity. The degree of damping capacity was closely related with the loading.
