非滑动型连接钢框架抗冲击性能

摘要
对一种新型非滑动型钢柱脚减震装置进行了抗冲击性能研究,根据试验结果建立了非滑动型连接钢柱脚的恢复力模型,并以此对一钢框架模型进行了弹塑性时程分析。分析中采用了2种不同的方案:在钢柱脚加装减震装置;按传统外露式柱脚。将计算结果进行对比,结果表明:非滑动型连接装置可以有效的减小结构的冲击残余变形;减震装置中的弹簧和楔块有效的实现了塑性耗能,控制了冲击荷载中结构刚度的衰减;钢柱脚减震连接对底层变形的影响较明显。研究表明,这种非滑动型连接装置对于控制结构变形、耗散冲击能量具有明显的效果,使结构具有良好的抗冲击性能。
Many steel exposed-column bases were damaged under impact load caused by fracture of anchor bolts and breakage of anchor bolts pulled out of the base concrete.A new isolation device consisting of a wedge compressed by a spring and a counter-wedge can be used to control the deformation of a structure so as to avoid damage to steel column base and joints.Based on the experimental results of this kind of isolation device,a non-slip-type restoring force model was founded.And inelastic time-history analysis was performed on such structure model.Two approaches were involved in the analysis,one was that the devices were set on the column bases and the other was traditional,with the results that the displacement of the first story decreases by setting such device,the spring and wedge of the device absorb plastic energy under impact load,and the stiffness degradation of the first story is controlled effectively.The results suggest that non-slip-type isolation device is effective on structure deformation control and energy dissipation,and the structure with the isolation devices has good resisting impact capability.
