基于GIS和GPS的地震应急救援指挥系统

摘要
为了满足城市抗震应急快速救援的需要,详细介绍了基于GIS和GPS的地震应急救援指挥系统的设计与实现。该系统具有电子地图的通用功能并改进了传统遗传算法实现最优路径规划、实时定位等特色功能。首先进行了系统的三层体系结构和功能设计,然后重点讨论了系统的关键技术。最后,实验证明,该系统具有实时、准确、高效等优点,可为城市地震应急救援提供有效的服务。
To meet urban seismic resistance requirements in emergency rescue,this paper introduces the design and implementation of the command system for earthquake emergency rescue based on GIS and GPS in detail. The system has universal functions of electronic atlas and improves traditional genetic algorithm to realize many specific functions including optimal path planning,real-time localization and so on. In the paper,firstly,three-tier architecture and the functions of the system are designed,secondly,the key technologies of the system are emphatically addressed,finally,the experimental proof is given to illuminate that the system has many advantages such as real-time,accuracy and high-efficiency,etc. The system can provide effective services to emergency rescue in urban earthquake.
