连体筒仓结构滑模技术的探讨与实践

摘要
滑动模板施工是现浇砼工程中的一种机械化程度较高的连续成型施工工艺。对于筒壁结构,当贮仓群的面积较大时,应该根据施工能力和经济合理性,设计成若干个独立的贮仓组进行滑模即连体滑模。文章结合中州铝厂氧化铝贮仓四连体滑模施工实例,对连体滑模施工中模具的设计、支承杆的选用及细部改进、液压设备的选用、滑升速度的确定及实验、模具的组装顺序、工艺流程、钢筋绑扎、砼浇筑工艺、模具拆除及区段分界的设计等工艺进行了系统的分析和论证。
Sliding form construction is a more mechanical continuing forming constructive technology of site-mixed concrete. The structure of the silo should be designed into some independent groups of linking sliding forms according to the ability of construction and economic reasonability when the area of the silo cluster is bigger. And the dividing lines of the sections should be accordingly designed. The author makes a depiction of design of molds, selection of support bars, improvement of details, selection of hydraulic instruments, confiron and experiments of sliding speed, assemble order of molds, wire binding, technology of concrete pouring, backout of molds, design of section dividing lines according to the example of alumina silo linking sliding form construction in Zhong-Zhou Aluminum Factory.
