摘要

随着社会与经济的发展、城市化水平的不断提高,防灾减灾显得极其重要。本文论述城市在防灾减灾中的重要性,提出构建城市防灾减灾数字信息系统的必要性,以及构建信息系统的内容与方法。
As developing of society and economy, and increasing of urbanism, the disaster preparedness and reduction is more impor-tanto The importance of urban disaster preparedness and reduction and the necessity of constituting disaster preparedness and reduction information system,and content and method for that system are described in this paper.
