摘要

指出影响砌体房屋抗震性能的因素 ,主要有施工和设计两个方面 ,分析了具体原因 ,在此基础上提出了应对措施
This paper analyses the different factors which influence the abilities of anti-earthquake of brickwoke ,and puts forward that there are two kinds of factors influencing the abilities of anti-earthquake of brickwoke,that is construction and design.Some other causes and countermeasures are also brought forward.
