桥梁结构远程协同拟动力试验平台开发

摘要
基于网络化结构实验室NetSLab系统的通讯功能,开发了梁式桥结构远程协同拟动力试验平台.该平台由控制中心、真实试验机、虚拟试验机3个模块组成.控制中心组织整个试验流程,协调数据通信,并进行整体结构数值分析;真实试验机和虚拟试验机分别采用试验设备和数值模拟来获取试验和计算子结构的恢复力.真实试验机和MTS液压伺服系统之间的通讯采用湖南大学开发的标准ActiveX控件,用于位移指令的发送和试验反馈数据的采集.通过网络通讯速度测试和网络环境调查,结合拟动力试验的特征,建立了可靠的远程协同试验通讯事务处理框架.利用开发的试验平台进行了一系列桥梁结构的远程虚拟协同拟动力试验,验证了该远程混合试验平台的可行性.
A remotely collaborative pseudo-dynamic testing platform for the seismic response simulation of bridge structures under earthquake excitations has been developed based on the communication platform of NetSLab system.The testing platform consists of three types of modules,namely control center,physical tester and virtual tester.The control center organizs the testing procedure,coordinats data communication,and handls numerical integration.The physical tester and virtual tester generate restoring forces of substructure by operating testing facilities and computing resources respectively.A standard ActiveX control,developed in the structural laboratory of Hunan University,was utilized to provide transferring of control signal and feedback data between physical tester and MTS Electro-hydraulic servo system.Based on communication speed tests and the investigation of network environment as well as the characteristic of pseudo-dynamic testing,a reasonable framework for dealing with communication tasks was established. Using the testing platform,a series of virtual hybrid tests of bridge structures under earthquake excitations were carried out.The application of the program was verified well with the results.
