钢-混凝土结合梁在温度作用下的响应分析

摘要
在钢 混凝土结合梁中 ,温度作用通常包括三种形式 ,即 :变温、温差和温度梯度。这些温度作用有时可能导致钢 混凝土结合梁中产生较大的温度应力 ,故必须引起足够的重视。本文在五个基本假设的基础上 ,综合考虑微段的平衡条件和钢梁与混凝土板之间的变形协调条件 ,推出了钢 混凝土结合梁在沿梁截面高度方向线性分布的温度梯度作用下 ,考虑剪切变形影响与不考虑剪切变形影响时的内力、相对滑移和位移计算公式。然后根据芜湖桥初步设计方案 ,取上层公路桥面系中的一个钢 混凝土组合截面 ,按照剪力钉沿纵向全梁均匀分布和沿纵向分段均匀分布 (梁端部附近剪力钉分布较密 ,其他地方剪力钉分布较稀 )两种布置方案 ,计算了钢 混凝土结合梁在温差作用及温度梯度作用下的响应 ,得到了一些有价值的结论。文中给出的公式和结论芜湖桥桁梁结合梁设计参考。
Temperature changes, temperature diversities and temperature grades are common forms of temperature actions in steel and concrete composite girders. The temperature actions may sometimes lead to major temperature stresses in composite girders, which we must pay attention to on the basis of five assumptions and according to balance and deforming conditions, we have developed computing formulas of internal forces, slips and displacements of composite girders with and without shear deforms under the action of temperature which is linear ranged along the height of girders. The responses of composite girders under the action of temperature diversities and temperature grades have been calculated according to composite section of bridge surface system from the fringe design project of Wuhu Yangtze River bridge and two schemes of balance arranging studs and non-balance arranging studs (studs are density on the area near two ends of girders and sparseness in other areas ). Some valuable conclusions have been obtained. The formulas and conclusions in this paper can give reference for the design of composite girders in Wuhu Yangtze River bridge.
