摘要

建设项目投资控制是建设单位进行项目管理时面临的最重要问题之一，本文对在建设项目投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招标发包阶段和施工阶段，监理工程师在投资控制方面所面临的工作进行了介绍。
Investment control for construction items is one of the most important points in the project management of the construction unit. This paper introduces the work which a supervising Engineer will contact at the stages of investment decision, design, tendering contract and construction of the construction items.
