小净距隧道岩石爆破震动规律研究

摘要
利用ansys模拟软件,结合大荒沟小净距隧道爆破掘进的实际情况,建立小净距的三维计算模型,对开挖隧道爆破掘进对既有隧道产生的振动进行了分析研究,并在实际中进行爆破振动测试验证。研究表明:爆破引起的最大应力出现在俩隧道的中间岩柱和相邻隧道的迎爆侧的拱脚部位;爆破产生的振动波速首先到达相邻隧道的迎爆侧,迎爆侧爆破震动速度大于其他各点,垂直于隧道壁面的质点振动速度要大于其他2个方向上的质点振动速度。在爆压作用下的水平位移要大于其他俩方向。因此,迎爆侧是爆破控制的薄弱环节。这一研究结果对指导隧道工程施工爆破和保证先修隧道安全起到了重要作用。对相似工程也具有一定的参考价值。
Combined with Dahuanggou small interval tunnel blasting excavation of the actual situation,simulation software ansys is used to establish small interval of 3d calculating model for excavation blasting excavation of adjacent tunnels.Tunnel vibration causes are analyzed and studied,with practice of blasting vibration test verification.Researches show that the maximum stress caused by blasting appear in both tunnel of two adjacent tunnels between safety coal-rock pillar and weapons explosion lateral arch feet parts;two adjacent tunnels weapons explosion side is firstly reached by blasting vibration wave;weapons explosion lateral blasting vibration is faster than others;the point perpendicular to the tunnel wall of particle has bigger vibration velocity than that of the other 2 directions of particles.In detonation pressure,the horizontal displacement is greater than that of the other two directions.Therefore weapons explosion side is the weak link of blasting control.The research results can be used to guide the tunnel construction blasting and guarantee ap tunnel safe,with reference value for similar projects.
