国内外灾害社会工作:实践、经验与启示
摘要
近年来,世界范围内灾害频发,社会工作在灾害救助与灾后恢复重建过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。鉴于我国逐渐进入灾害频发的时代,文章系统梳理了国际上以及我国港台地区、内地灾害社会工作实践、经验,以期对近来面临的芦山地震灾后恢复重建提供可能的启示和参考。
