马尔康县生态环境存在的问题及保护修复对策

摘要

2008年5月12日发生的汶川特大地震及经济建设和不合理的自然资源开发和利用,加之近几年异常的气候条件,导致马尔康县范围内暴发了山洪、泥石流和其他地质灾害,对该县的生态环境造成了巨大的破坏。为了保护和改善全县自然生态环境,实现生态修复和重建,对马尔康县的自然生态环境状况进行了认真的调查,并进行了具体的分析和研究,结合马尔康县的实际情况,提出了全县生态修复和重建的构想、实施方案和具体措施,以更好地保护、改善和美化生态环境,使人与自然和谐相处,实现生态建设的良性循环。
Because of Wenchuan Earthquake on May 12,2008,and economic construction and unreasonable natural resources development and utilization of the ecological environment,and the abnormal weather conditions in recent years caused the flash floods,debris flow and other geological disasters,the ecological environment of Maerkang County was heavily damaged.In order to protect and improve the natural ecological environment and realize ecological restoration and reconstruction,the situation of its natural ecological environment was earnestly investigated,and specific analysis and research were carried on.Combing the practical situation,the idea,plan and specific measures of the county-wide ecological restoration and reconstruction were proposed,so as to protect and improve the ecological environment,reach harmony between human and nature,realize the virtuous cycle of ecological construction.
