ICA在地震数据叠前噪声消减中的应用

摘要
为了消除地震勘探数据中的噪声,引入独立分量分析(ICA)方法到地震资料处理中提高资料的信噪比。文中阐述了ICA的基本原理,并根据地震记录中的有效信号和干扰信号的特点,提出了地震数据叠前噪声消减的S-ICA理论模型。经在受干扰小的地震仪器测试数据上人工叠加规则干扰噪声、随机噪声,以及攀枝花某矿区实测浅层地震数据的S-ICA分离仿真验证表明,该模型既能有效地除去干扰噪声,又能完整地保留有效信号,具有一定的实用价值。
This paper introduces the independent component analysis(ICA) in seismic data processing to enhance seismic data SNR.The theoretical model of ICA to realize the reduction of the seismic data pre-stack noise is established.It firstly extracts the seismic data through designing softwares,and then,uses the S-ICA method to eliminate the noise.After emulating the data of the artificial stack regular interference noise and the actual measurement seismic data,the result shows that the S-ICA has some extent feasibility in practice.
