利用“4·20”四川芦山M_s7.0级地震检验强震预警原型系统

摘要
文章对2013年4月20四川省雅安市芦山县发生Ms7.0级地震的强震动和测震台网数据进行离线仿真,检验强震预警原型系统的地震动态定位、震级快速估算、预警信息实时发布等关键技术环节。试验结果表明强震预警原型系统具有定位结果精度高、震级估算准确、系统响应速度快等特点,可满足地震早期预警需求,实现了在一定的地震监测能力条件下,最大程度地提高预警信息时效性和准确性的技术目标,为进一步实施在线式预警试验奠定了技术基础。
In this paper,we test key technology links of strong earthquakes early warning prototype system with April 20,2013 Sichuan Yaan Lushan Ms7. 0 earthquake waveform data of seismic network and strong motion network. The key technology links are earthquake dynamic location,magnitude rapid estimation,early warning information real- time publishing,et. al. The results indicate that the earthquake early warning system has high positioning accuracy,high magnitude precision and fast system response. The system meets the requirements of earthquake early warning. It achieved the technological objective that furthest improve the timeliness and accuracy of warning information on condition of certain earthquake monitoring capability. The technological base of further on-line test to the system is established.
