彩信智能发布系统在测震台网运行中的应用

摘要
目前台网运行中当具有一定影响的地震发生后,地震三要素以短信形式发布到各工作人员的手机上,对于地震的其它信息尚无快速发布办法。本文就如何运用彩信智能发布方式来丰富震后信息发布内容进行探讨,介绍了黑龙江省测震台网的彩信智能发布系统。
At present once influential earthquake occured,three elements of earthquake are send to the mobile phone of Personnel these working in the earthquake administration.And there is no effective method to issue other information quickly.This paper introduces a new Automatic MMS Publication System in the Seismic Networks Center of Heilongjiang Province and studies a method to issue the earthquake information more timely and effectively using this new system.
