中外烈度表“人的感觉”和“器物的反应”对比研究

摘要
随着震害经验的积累以及人们对地震认识的深化,不断修改烈度标准,使烈度评定更加客观与科学是地震工程界一直所追求的。人的感觉和器物的反应都是评定一次地震时相应烈度的宏观标志,是烈度表的重要组成部分。鉴于此,本文简要介绍了中国历代地震烈度表(《新的中国地震烈度表》、《中国地震烈度表(1980)》、《中国地震烈度表(1999)》、《中国地震烈度表(2008))》和国外较为广泛应用并具有代表性的烈度表(《美国M.M》、《欧洲EMS-98》、《日本JMA)》;对比了这七个烈度表中关于人的感觉和器物的反应,通过对比研究,总结出了不同烈度表中人的感觉和器物的反应的异同点,找出了我国烈度表中缺乏的而国外烈度表中都具有的共性内容,明确了我国烈度表进一步修改的方向和相应的研究内容。
With the accumulation of earthquake damage experience and knowledge of earthquake,in order to make the assessment of seismic intensity more objective and scientific,the standard of seismic intensity is needed to modify constantly by researchers.Effects on humans and effects on objects are the macroscopical marks of assessment for seismic intensity and also the important criteria of seismic intensity scales.For the two criteria,effects on humans and effects on objects,the past and current Chinese seismic intensity scales(including the new Chinese seismic intensity scale,Chinese seismic intensity scale 1980,Chinese seismic intensity scale 1999,Chinese seismic intensity scale 2008) and several typical and widely used scales of other countries(including U.S.M.M,European EMS-98,Japanese JMA) are compared,the similarities and differences of these criteria are summarized.The contents,which are common things of foreign scales but not parts in Chinese scale are found.The direction of modifying current Chinese seismic intensity scales and the comsponding research contents are clarified.
