Sentinel固体电缆降噪原理

摘要
海洋地震勘探等浮采集电缆在施工中拖挂在深海勘探船的尾部,电缆内部有水听器用来接收水下声波振动,以便获取地震资料。拖缆在拖带中除了接收有用的水声数据外,还接收来自船尾螺旋桨噪音、机械牵引噪音、海洋涌浪等外部噪音。为了减少外部噪音源对电缆的影响,拖缆的传输机制采用无源振动的轴向外延波设计。固体电缆在设计中采用了独特的应变隔离模块技术,有效地隔离了大约15dB的机械噪音。本文从电缆的结构设计出发分析了固体电缆降低噪音的原理,并用实例分析了固体电缆与液体电缆相比在降噪方面的优势。
Towing in the deep sea exploration ship's tail,marine seismic exploration acquisition streamer have internal hydrophone used to receive underwater acoustic for seismic data.In addition to receiving useful acoustic data,streamer also receives propeller noise,mechanical noise,ocean swells and other external noise.In order to reduce the influence of external noise source,passive vibration of axial extension wave design is adopted for the main transmission mechanism of streamer.With a unique strain isolation module technology of solid streamer,about 15dB mechanical noise is effectively isolated.Based on the analysis of streamer structure and design,this paper shows the advantages of solid cable for noise reduction compared with liquid cable.
