摘要

以汶川大地震为背景,分析了在地震救援的整个过程中出现的一系列问题,并结合我国在防震减灾方面的现状,论述了我国防震救灾产品存在的诸多缺陷与不足。在此基础上,提出了基于典型场景分析法的产品设计方法,以及此种方法的优势和在其他防灾领域的应用。
It analyzed a series of problems in the whole process of the rescue after the earthquake with the background of the earthquake in Wenchuan province.Combined with the current situation of the earthquake relief in China,it also discussed the defects and deficiencies of the product for earthquake relief.On the basis of the statement above,it put forward the method for opportunity recognition of new products based on typical scenarios and the advantages and applications of the method.
