蒙特卡罗算法在地震反演储层预测中的应用

摘要
蒙特卡罗方法具有处理大型复杂问题的优势。将蒙特卡罗方法与地震反演技术进行结合,并以大庆长垣油田密井网区为例,利用蒙特卡罗反演技术进行储层预测,显示:其结果的分辨率明显高于确定性反演的分辨率,较好地反映储层的非均质性;通过盲井检验,证实反演预测的砂体与井点的符合率较高。分析认为,蒙特卡罗反演技术综合了测井的垂向分辨率高和地震的横向分辨率高的优势,为决策者提供了更加丰富的储层模型,使最终的储层预测结果具有高精度、低风险,便于在油田开发阶段推广应用。
Monte Carlo method has the advantage of dealing with large complex problems.By combining Monte Carlo method with seismic inversion technique,Monte Carlo inversion technique was used for reservoir prediction by taking the example of dense well network in Changyuan oilfield of Daqing area.The resolution of result was obviously higher than that of certainty inversion,better reflecting reservoir heterogeneity.Blind wells tests confirmed the sandbody predicted by inversion matched well with wells points.The results showed Monte Carlo inversion technique combined the advantages of high vertical resolution of logging and seismic high lateral resolution,provided decision makers with richer reservoir models,and made the final reservoir prediction more precise and lower risky.As a result,it is advisable for the wider application of Monte Carlo inversion technique in oilfield development.
