地震相关挤压综合征患者炎症状态分析及连续性血液净化对其影响

<正>在地震伤中,除直接创伤引发早期死亡之外,位居第二位的死亡原因就是挤压综合征[1]。挤压综合征可以导致低血容量性休克、电解质紊乱、感染、急性肾损伤、弥漫性血管内凝血、成人呼吸窘迫综合征以及多器官功能衰竭[1,2],这些因素都可以导致患者死亡。在实际工作中已经给予了一定关注。但实
