四川地震灾害救治中医院感染控制的管理措施

摘要
为严格控制特殊病原菌感染的传播,把感染可能危及到伤员生命所造成的致残、致死率降到最低。在灾区采取因地适宜的布局,针对感染发生的特点选择用药并严格疫情监测,采取相应的消毒隔离方法和预防措施,使绵阳中心医院收治的1 400名伤员中,无一例破伤风发生,杜绝了疫情。
In ordor to Control the spread of special pathogenic bacterium strictly,reduce the rate of infection and death that is caused by infection as much as possible, arrangement and adjust measures were taken to local conditions,choose medicines,monitored strictly epidemic situation and adopted the methods of corresponding antisepsis and isolation in allusion to characteristics of infection.There are no tetanus infection in the 1 400 wounded treated at Mianyang Central Hospital without no any epidemic situation.
