甘肃省地震局职工高血压知、信、行调查分析

摘要
目的 了解甘肃省地震局职工关于高血压的知、信、行状况。方法 以随机抽样的方法抽取 186名调查对象 ,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。调查对象中 186名 ,男性 14 1名 ,女性 4 5名 ,年龄在 2 6～ 84岁间 ,高血压患者 114人 ,非高血压患者 72人。结果 高血压组的吸烟率为 4 0 51% ,明显低于非高血压组( 6 2 90 % )。戒烟率高血压组为 17 72 % ,明显高于非高血压组 ( 3 2 3% )。高血压组摄盐量明显低于非高血压组 ,而且高血压组更注重体育锻炼。人们对心脑血管疾病知识的知晓情况与文化程度成正比。结论 有高血压症状的患者更注意健康。但是 ,在非高血压职工中 ,进行规律体育锻炼的人仍较少 ;吸烟率及摄盐量偏高仍普遍存在。
ObjectiveTo understand the KAP about hypertens io n among the staff and workers of the Seismology Bureau of Gansu Province MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 186 staff and workers that visited the clinic of the bureau, 141 males and 45 females, aged 26～84, among which 114 were suffering f r om hypertension and 72 were without hypertension, by random sampling R esultsT he smoking rate was 40 51% in the hypertension group, significantly lower than t hat in the non-hypertension group (62 90%, P<0 01) The quit smoking rate in the hypertension group was 17 72%, significantly higher than that in the non-hype rt ension group (3 23%,P<0 01) The percentage of t hose fond of salty food was low er in the hypertension group and the percentage of those who regularly took exer cise was higher in the hypertension group in comparison with the non-hypertensi o n group The correct answer rate about knowledge of cardiovascular diseases was higher in the hypertension group than in the non-hypertension group, and was hi g her in the group with higher education than in the group with lower educational level ConclusionThose with hypertension pay more attention to their own heal th However, the number of the people who regularly take exercise are still too few and the smoking rate and the rate of those fond of salty food are still too high among the general staff and workers
