挤压综合征伴多器官功能衰竭救治成功一例报道

摘要
<正>地震导致的挤压综合征一旦出现了多器官功能衰竭(multiple organ failure,MOF)则预后非常差,死亡率极高。对挤压综合征及时和有效的救治是目前急救医学临床医师所面临的难题之一。本文报道经我院抢救成功的一例"5·12"
