地震避难场所的规划建设和城市防灾

摘要
本文分析了国内外城市应急避难场所的建设情况,阐述了应急避难场所建设的必要性及其在地震防灾减灾中的重要作用。结合国内外的建设经验和我国国情,对应急避难场所的规划和消防部队参与地震防灾减灾工作等内容进行了探讨,对加强我国城市地震防灾减灾有一定的指导意义。
The construction circumstance of domestic and international urban refuge is analyzed,the necessity of the construction of refuge place and its important function in the earthquake disaster prevention are elaborated.In combination with the domestic and international construction experience and the current status of China,the study towards meeting an refuge place and the fire fighters to participate the earthquake disaster prevention is carried on,which has a leading meaning to strengthen our country earthquake disaster prevention.
