摘要

北川国家地震遗址博物馆是"5·12"汶川大地震后的四大地震遗址保护建设项目之一。通过对北川县城地震遗址特征和遗址价值的全面认识,确立北川国家地震遗址博物馆建设的总体构思和设计策略,形成遗址博物馆的概念设计方案,为该项目的整体决策和进一步开展提供基础。方案的探索性和创新性在于:提出一种针对特殊集合化纪念性遗址博物馆的设计理念,建立一个具有整体性和突出建设重点的保护重建框架,并形成多学科支撑的综合工作模式。
"Beichuan National Earthquake Ruins Museum"is an important reconstruction project of"5·12 Earthquake"and one of the four designated protection sites of earthquake ruins.Based on the overall and deep understanding on the characters and values of the site,this paper formulates integral planning policies for the protection and reconstruction of the ruins,and engenders the Museum design scheme.The planning and design scheme provides a research foundation for the subsequent decision-making and the reconstruction practices.The exploration and creativity of the scheme consists in bringing forward the protection and design concepts considering the particularities of the site,and establishing a systematic protection framework considering regional development,environment regeneration as well as urban design,and forming a cooperated working pattern of all the relevant subjects.
