摘要

本文以5·12地震灾后汶川县城房屋鉴定工作为背景,对建筑工程鉴定技术分类和鉴定标准的适用范围以及鉴定方法进行探讨,对地震灾后房屋鉴定技术进行了剖析,为目前建筑工程鉴定存在"房屋安全鉴定是个筐,什么鉴定都往里面装"等现象提供借鉴。
On the context of the building inspection projects after 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake, this paper discuss the classification, standards and methods of the building inspection technique. The application actuality of the building inspection techinique after earthquake is analyzed. This paper can provide references for the phenomena of that all inspection are named as building safety inspection.
