仿古建筑地震灾后重建施工技术

摘要
四川省江油市李白故居文化设施抢救与恢复重建工程是汶川"5.12"大地震灾后重建项目之一,其中仿古混凝土框架结构的太白楼受损严重,为加固太白楼必须对其3层以上进行顶升卸荷。由于仿古建筑结构不同于普通混凝土框架结构,同时又是在余震不断的情况下施工,增加了顶升卸荷难度。针对顶升卸荷技术难点,在认真分析原框架结构的基础上,结合仿古建筑特点设计出切实可行的顶升卸荷钢框架,制定了周密的顶升方案及监测控制方案。实施效果表明,加固工程质量符合国家规范及设计要求,同时施工安全也得到了保证。
The salvage and reconstruction of cultural facility in Libai’s former residence in Jiangyou City of Sichuan Province is one of the reconstruction projects after Wenchuan earthquake in may 12,2008,among which Taibai Building with pseudo-classic concrete frame structure was severely damaged.The upper part above the 3rd floor needs to be unloaded and lifted in order to strengthen Taibai Building.The unloading and lifting difficulty increased since the pseudo-classic structure is different from common concrete frame structure and the reinforcement is processed under continuous aftershocks.According to the technical difficulties of unloading and lifting,feasible unloading and lifting steel frameworks are designed,and thorough construction plans for lifting and monitoring control have been worked out based on careful analysis of original structure frameworks.The implementation effect proves that the quality of the strengthening project can meet national regulations and design requirements,and the construction safety is guaranteed.
