中小学教学楼的特点及地震灾害控制

摘要
针对中小学教学楼对城市整体地震灾害控制的重要作用,本文阐述了中小学教学楼设计特点和综合成灾机理,从整体评估的宏观控制和教学楼单体建筑的微观控制进行分析,提出中小学教学楼综合地震灾害控制评价指数的概念,设计并训练该指数人工神经网络并进行分析和预测。在此基础上提出中小学教学楼防震减灾控制今后的发展方向和建议。
In view of the elementary and middle schools building playing a vital role in controlling city overall earthquake disaster, this article expounds the design characteristic of the elementary and middle schools building and the synthesis disaster mechanism, analyzes from the macro control and microscopic-control, puts forward the concept of synthesis earthquake disaster control appraisal index, and design and train this index based on artificial nerve network then carry on analysis and estimate. Based on this, proposes the development direction and the suggestion on the elementary and middle schools classroom building quakeproof disaster reduction control in future research.
